What Worldbeeter is
Worldbeeter lists books with public demand signals and helps rights holders and buyers find each other. Unless a separate written agreement says so, we are not an agent for any author, publisher or buyer, and we do not guarantee that any deal will happen.
Listings and scores
Listings and demand scores are based on public information and are provided for discovery only. Rights shown as "not confirmed" have not been verified. Buyers must confirm rights directly with the rights holder before relying on them.
Confidential materials
Pitch packs, sample translations and rights holder contact details are shared with approved buyers for evaluation only. Buyers may not copy, distribute or use them for any other purpose, or approach a rights holder introduced through Worldbeeter to avoid fees set out in their buyer agreement.
Separate agreements
Paid buyer access and rights holder listings are governed by separate written agreements, which take priority over these terms where they differ.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site, misrepresent who you are, or claim rights you don't hold.
